Our multidisciplinary, international background in B2B marketing ​logistics and aerospace engineering has shaped us to execute work fast, with high quality and often under significant pressure. Throughout the years, we found that businesses making operational mistakes are incurring disproportionately high cost, as it costs x times as much to correct failures compared to doing it right first time. In addition, correcting mistakes claims the experienced resources that otherwise would be directed towards increasing productivity and company growth.

If a business has sufficient underlying potential, we can improve it from a commercial, operational and organisational perspective. We have done this for e.g. an engineering firm with clients in the aviation, aerospace and space industries. This organisation had been underperforming for nearly a decade. It was restored to profitability within nine months of accepting the job to improve the organisation. An important aspect was re-engaging with ex-clients and generating more value for existing clients. The organisational structure and Management Information Systems (MIS) were improved and a focus on systems engineering on all projects was adopted. An important rule was imposed that only profitable work would be executed. We improved the workforce through adding flexible specialist skills.
